This handy solar gadget charges up rechargeable batteries when left in sunlight. It also comes with a full set of charging jacks for common small electrical appliances like Nokia mobile phones, portable CD players, hand held electronic games etc enabling you to use it as a power pack-very clever.

Features: * Handle for easy portability. * Adjustable stand so you can angle the panel towards the sun for optimal charging. * Recharges four D/C/AA or AAA size rechargeable NiCad or NiMH. NOTE: you must have 4 batteries of the same size and brand; you cannot charge any other quantity (rechargable batteries available from EcoGadgets.) * Blocking diode prevents reverse flow of power from batteries into panel at night. * Average charge time in full direct sunlight is 1-1.5 hours for 4 x 180mA AAA; 3-3.5 hours for 4 x 500mA AA batteries; 9-11 hours for 4 x 1500mA D size batteries.
