These beautiful handcarved salad servers are expertly made from a single piece of olive wood.
They are carved by former ivory carvers, who had been carving ivory across the generations. Once ivory was banned many of these traditional carvers turned their skills to other materials to earn a living. Perfect to grace the most stylish of dining tables. Care for them with a little rub of olive oil.
