Money Saving Eco Tips Competition


The Ooffoo community has spoken: the winners of the Money Saving Eco-Tips competition




We are confident that saving the planet can also mean saving money so we set out to discover your tips on how to be eco and wallet friendly. And with £500 worth of prizes from NaturalCollection.com to be won the competition was bound to be interesting. (If you missed out on this one why not enter our latest competition).

We were so impressed with the wide variety of entries and it is obvious to us that there are indeed loads of inventive ways to save money and go green at the same time. Some old tried and tested and some new. Well done to all who shared their tips and entered. The winners were as follows:

We love finding judges for our competitions and we can truly say that this time we surprised even ourselves by recruiting someone 'really rubbish' and someone famous for having a Hippo in his Cistern. The judges were...

“very impressed by the sheer inventiveness of all the entries and will be using quite a few of the ideas themselves. In particular they were heartened to find so many other like minded people out there going green in a variety of innovative ways whilst saving cash at the same time. A real crop of eco money saving experts!"

Tracey added that "I loved the more quirky ideas as they are the ones people who 'are already' a bit green will be likely to latch onto..."
