Nearly a month ago we launched a
VegBox Recipes Prize Draw in celebration of courgettes combined with our (ok, MY) love of CAKE.
The deadline for entries is Thursday 25th June, and although the entries have been rolling in, there's still time.
The winning entry will win a free copy of the recently published "
Grown in Britain", which is published by
Dorling Kindersley and endorsed by the Soil Association. As well as much virtual applause here on ooffoo and on the VegBox Recipes website, where your recipe will be published along with a picture of us eating it!
"Grown in Britain" is, in true DK tradition, accessibly encyclopaedic on the best of British food, whether that's veggies, fruit, fish, or meat.
Containing over 200 recipes and tonnes of mouth-watering photographs, all you need to do to put your name in the hat for the random prize draw is send your recipe for some kind of courgette cake to
